are many easy ways you can help our PTA be the best we can possibly
be for our kids. Of course, we could always use money (in the
form of Box Tops for Education, Soup Labels, Ink Cartridges, and
old Cell Phones - or, of course, CASH!), but there's always somewhere
you can volunteer your time and talents as well! Have a look below,
and choose somewhere you can help. Pitch in for our kids!
Join
the PTA!
It's just $10 for individuals, and $25 for your business!
Card-carrying PTA Members are eligible for discounts at
several local businesses including Kinko's, Barnes &
Noble and AT&T. Check out the card here

to "Arvada West Preschool PTA".

you have spare time:
- Ask
a teacher how you can help
- attend
a PTA meeting
- secure
donations for the Silent Auction
- create
a handcrafted gift for the Silent Auction
- attend
a Parent Group meeting

If
you (or your neighbors) ever buy food:
Bring in
your:
- Campbells
Soup labels,
- Tyson
Chicken tags, and
- General
Mills Box Tops
Drop them
in the basket in your child's classroom. We earn money
for each label returned. |
If
you have a "green Thumb":
- Helping Hands Outdoor Classroom!

| If
you have extra stuff laying around your house:
- Donate
it all to the yard sale!
- Bring
in any art supplies like styrofoam, paints, sequins,
feathers, packing peanuts, orphan socks and egg-cartons
to the classrooms.

If
you use printers or cell phones:
Bring your
used printer cartridges and old cell phones to the
classroom. They'll be recycled & we'll earn cash
for our school! |
If
you want to make a difference:

for a Board or Coordinator position!
